Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, although it may up to a week before your order is shipped. International customers are responsible for their local customs/import fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items can ship in 5 business days.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please check the USPS website for any alerts about service delays in your area.
How do shipping fees work?
Shipping costs are a flat fee based on the average cost for most items. Additional items may increase the shipping cost depending on their Category.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchasing a digital item you’ll be prompted to download the file. You should also receive an order confirmation email with a link to the downloadable item. Please contact me using the form at the bottom of the page if you aren’t able to download your purchase.
Are these items safe for children?
No, these doll accessories and parts are designed for collectible ball-jointed dolls and are intended for use by adults. It’s not recommended for small children as small parts can be fragile or hazardous to swallow.
Do you accept custom eye commissions?
When custom orders are available, they’ll be listed as a store item. Please check the store page for updates!
What are urethane eyes made from?
Urethane eyes are made from consumer grade two-part urethane resins. The clear portion of the eye is made from Alumilite Amazing Clear Cast and the white portion is Smooth-On Smoothcast 305. Clear urethane resin will yellow over time- you can increase the lifespan of your eyes by storing/displaying out of direct sunlight, avoiding contact with dyed/colorful materials, and avoiding extreme temperatures. For examples of resins yellowing over time, see this blog post. Please contact me if your eyes yellow less than one year after purchase and you’re been using/storing them as advised.
