The head and eye size are similar to DDH-04, 24mm eyes seem to work best.

All three wigs look good with the #6. I don’t think you can go wrong with any one of them. I also like her top. Is that one of yours or is it from a store.
Thanks! Top is a prototype for a new pattern I was working on, still needs finishing when I get a chance to pick up more fabric. Those curves are tricky!
